With your booking you agree to conditions for cancellation or ‚no shows‘.

 

We politely remind you that cancellations are only possible in written form (by fax. E-mail or through the post).

 

 If there are cancellations 30 days or less ahead of your stay, we will charge you according to room charge and for the full cost of your stay. With a late arrival, no show or if you leave earlier, the same rule applies. If you cancel with 30 days or more notice, we will charge 90% of the room rate for the period you booked.

During Fairs and Exhibitions times, the following cancellation rules apply: From the date of your confirmed reservation,

90% of the cost of your reserved room is due for payment. We recommend you to have this or a similar travel cancellation

insurance cover, so you can travel with peace of mind.
